InSTEP

InSTEP is funded by the Tenant Empowerment Programme to provide a free helpline and information service for social housing tenants. It is a national service, which aims to help tenants and landlords work together, to inform and empower residents and to encourage tenant participation. Its website details the services offered.

peopleShape helps housing organisations get more from working with their customers. It provides involvement solutions through consultancy, learning and resources. TPAS Cymru

TPAS Cymru is the leading tenant participation organisation in Wales, helping to make effective participation a reality. We have over 400 Tenant and Resident Association Members and also Landlord Members and Professional Members. We provide a wide range of services including quality training, conferences, research and information.
