On June 9, 2023, Dwight McDonald,60, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, sustained severe injuries in a motorcycle accident and was rushed to a hospital.
According to authorities, he was in a critical state. Following a motorbike accident, Dwight G. McDonald sadly passed away at Hershey Medical Center on June 11, 2023.

The Sellers Funeral Home in Chambersburg will have services on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
Visitors are welcome on Monday, June 19, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and an hour before the services on Tuesday. The funeral will be followed promptly by a burial at Norland Cemetery.
About Dwight Mcdonald:
Dwight was born in Chambersburg on June 2, 1963, and graduated from Chambersburg Area Senior High School in 1981. After 38 years of federal service, he recently retired from Letterkenny Army Depot.
He had been a lifelong member of Marion, Pennsylvania’s Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. He belonged to organizations such as ABATE, A.H.D.R.A., N.R.A., Chambersburg V.F.W. Post 1599, Landis-McCleaf Marine Corps League, Sons of the American Legion Post 612, Vietnam Vet Club, and The Chambersburg Club, where he was a life member.
He loved everything with a motor, especially old Fords, motorbikes, drag racing, hunting, golfing, and pool. Spending time and creating memories with his family and friends was what he valued most in life.
Dwight’s broad smile, irrepressible laugh, generous hugs, and enormous heart will be remembered most fondly.
