World Habitat Awards 2008/09. Earthsong Eco-Neighbourhood, New Zealand
The World Habitat Awards were established in 1985 by the Building and Social Housing Foundation as part of its contribution to the United Nations International Year of Shelter for the Homeless.
We featured the two winners in October and November 09 as part of a special InFocus series. This month we feature one of the finalists - Earthsong Eco-Neighbourhood, New Zealand - with others appearing in coming months. Collectively the series will provide a wide picture of the varied successful schemes.
