Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS)

HOS is responsible for investigating complaints made about housing associations and registered private sector landlords. Downloads provided on the website include complaint forms, annual reports, casework reports and guidance notes. There is also a section dedicated to the private sector Tenancy Deposit Scheme, which was piloted by the HOS.

Local Government Ombudsman

The Local Government Ombudsman investigates complaints about councils and certain other bodies.
