General Information
You can use this form to set up a subscription to Housing Monthly Diary and/or Legal Update - both are accessed online from this website.
If you have not done so before, you can also use the form to request a free access period to review the journals.
Our journals are widely read. For example, as well as to management and staff - many social landlords also circulate them to their committee members and residents' associations.
Our journals provide an unique approach to keeping all updated. Articles are filed in recognisable category sections, making them easy to find and distribute. Many of the more important articles include 'KeyFact' - a short bullet summary of the main issues in the article, which can be useful for wide circulation of key issues.
Articles are uploaded to both journals on a regular basis. Our archives are free to browse, but the current and most recent editions are subscription-access only.
Whether a subscriber to one of our subscriptions or not, you can sign up for our e-bulletin service - which provides regular updates on additions to all sections of our website (this can be done from any page of our website).
Setting-up Subscriptions
On receipt of this form an invoice will be sent to your email address. New subscriptions usually commence within one working day of receipt of payment (we offer the option of PayPal).
All subscriptions are for 12 months and you will be notified by email when your subscription is due for renewal.
Current annual subscription rates are the same for both journals, as follows:
Single User - £50.00 p.a.
2 to 10 Users - £120.00 p.a.
Over 10 Users - £160.00 p.a.
Free Access Periods
If you would like to review our journals (without any obligation to take out a subscription), this can be arranged - providing that you (or anyone else in your organisation) have not previously had a free access period or been a subscriber.
Free access periods are usually for three months.
If you have received a free access offer with a code, please enter it in the 'Offer Code' field. If not, you can still request a free access period but please leave the 'Offer Code' field blank.
Fields marked with an * must be completed.
