Peabody Chief Executive becomes new G15 Chair

Ian McDermott, Chief Executive at Peabody, has become the new Chair of the G15 group of London's largest housing associations.
He will be supported by Clare Miller, Group Chief Executive at Clarion who will take on the role of Vice Chair.
Ian McDermott succeeds Fiona Fletcher-Smith, Chief Executive at L&Q - who chaired the group since June 2023.
Responsibility for chairing the G15 rotates between members every two years.
