Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) won the building safety initiative of the year at the ASCP Safety and Compliance awards on Wednesday 12 June.
For the award submission, NHG presented how it improved the design construction and management of higher risk buildings as a result of the Building Safety Act. This includes how it has improved the management of its buildings.
Considerable work was put into the Golden Thread programme to create tools to help NHG compile its safety cases and to give teams across the organisation better access to asset data.
