Vistry Group, the UK's leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes, has announced a £34 million deal to bring 133 much-needed affordable family homes to Rushden in partnership with Platform Housing Group.
The new new homes will have air source heat pumps to reduce carbon emission. The development will include green spaces to create a beautiful new area which will integrate well with the local community.
All the homes will be manufactured off-site using open panel timber frames. Building homes using this modern method of construction (MMC) reduces the carbon footprint of every property.
