In evidence submitted to the Levelling-Up, Housing & Communities Select Committee's inquiry into the finances of the social housing sector, the G15 Group has warned that cuts in resources and challenges - such as building safety - will reduce the number of new affordable homes that can be built.
The Group, which represents leading housing associations in London, predicts that the combined impact of government changes to rent policy will see around £19 billion in resources lost to members.
