The National Housing Federation and the Chartered Institute of Housing have published an action plan, setting out how they will work alongside housing associations to improve the quality of their homes and services.
At the heart of the action plan are proactive steps to help ensure equitable access to good quality housing association homes and services for all.
It seeks to tackle the inequalities in society which leave Black and Asian households much more likely than others to live in damp homes of all tenures.
