Regulator of Social Housing: Further reading
The Regulator of Social Housing has concluded that Incommunities has breached the Rent Standard and set rents incorrectly for hundreds of its tenants. The housing association has agreed to arrange an external investigation into its rent-setting and put in place actions to correct all errors.
