Four new non-executive directors have been appointed to the Board of Homes England - the Government's housing and regeneration agency.

They are:

Pat Ritchie CBE - the former Chief Executive of Newcastle City Council and Chair of the Government Property Agency.
Lesley-Ann Nash - a non-executive director at Workspace Group Plc.
Mark Henderson - the CEO of Home Group housing association and founder of Homes for the North.
Lord Ian Austin - former MP for Dudley North from 2005 until 2019, during which time he served as the Minister for Housing and Planning and Minister for the West Midlands.

All four members bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Board and will strengthen its capability and resilience.
