Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA): Further reading
As digital and IT is increasingly at the forefront of many housing sector organisations, the vast breadth of expertise needed and the multitude of options around things like housing management systems, cyber security and data storage can make decisions difficult to make on what will work or be most value for money.
SFHA is announcing the launch of the Digital and IT Forum, with the first forum happening on 29 September.
The goal is to ensure SFHA member housing associations and co-operatives have the time and space to come together to better understand, collaborate and share best practice on all things digital and IT related.
Content discussed will cover cyber security, digital strategy, housing management systems, IT systems/technology, procurement, reporting/analysis of data and tenant online engagement.
Forums will be on a quarterly basis in a round-table format, with the opportunity for members to set the agenda depending on what is most current or important to them.
