New Regulations

The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) Regulations 2005 SI 1530
These Regulations enable the Secretary of State to make or arrange for the making of grants for the improvement of energy efficiency in dwellings occupied by persons on low incomes with children, elderly persons on low incomes, or persons in receipt of benefits relating to ill health.
The Regulations extend to England only. They revoke and re-enact, with changes, the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/1280).
