The Discretionary Housing Payments (Grants) Amendment Order 2004 SI 2329
This Order amends the Discretionary Housing Payments (Grants) Order 2001, which sets out the procedure by which the Secretary of State will make payments to local authorities towards the cost of discretionary housing payments in accordance with section 70 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000.
The Order came into force on 29 September 2004.
The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 SI 2430
These Regulations amend the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (England) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/1280, as amended) in regulation 4(1)(e) so as to raise the threshold of the relevant income for the purposes of the eligibility to apply for a grant for the improvement of energy efficiency in their dwellings of persons in receipt of child tax credit or working tax credit which includes a disability element from £14,200 to £14,600.
They come into force on 15 October 2004.
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2004 SI (Scottish) 348
This Order further amends the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Order 2003, as amended by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Amendment Order 2004.
It removes the requirement for a provider of a housing support service which is a care service and is paid by a local authority out of grants provided by Scottish Ministers under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 to be registered under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001.
The Order came into force on 20 August 2004.
