The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 brought in a range of measures to improve home ownership for millions of leaseholders in England and Wales.
These measures include increasing transparency of service charges and building insurance policies, as well as tackling unjustified litigation costs.
This consultation seeks views on how to implement these new requirements through secondary legislation.
This consultation also seeks views on proposals for further reform related to the charges leaseholders, and homeowners on freehold estates, pay and services they receive.
