Futurebuild 2025 will be at London's Excel arena from 4th to 6th March.
This year's event will be focusing on the theme of "impact", with the Futurebuild Arena programme questioning the progress made towards achieving sustainability in the built environment and in confronting the urgency of the climate crisis.

The National Wealth Fund (NWF) has confirmed an initial £150m financial guarantee to support The Housing Finance Corporation (THFC) to make long-term, unsecured loans to help registered providers retrofit their social housing stock in the UK.
The NWF's guarantee unlocks long-term unsecured capital for RPs at pricing usually reserved for secured lending.
As a result of the NWF's support, Rothesay, the UK's largest specialist pensions insurer, has committed to provide THFC with 100% of the initial investment.
