The 36,000 homes housing association, Thirteen Group, has agreed a £30 million funding deal with NatWest to support a major retrofit project across its property portfolio.
The Housing Green Retrofit Loan funding will support a programme of works that will help Thirteen Group deliver the commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 100% by 2050 - in line with government targets.
