As well as providing the basic building blocks for sustainability through our training programme, Sustainable Homes has also been working alongside housing organisations to co-create strategies for leading their organisation towards a low or zero carbon future.

Most notably, Sustainable Homes has developed environmental sustainability strategies for Drum Housing Association (now Radian), Flagship Group, Sovereign Kingfisher and Wrekin Housing Trust. It is also leading on implementation of the strategy on behalf of its parent company - Hastoe Group.

Sustainable Homes authored Developing an Environmental Action Policy and Action Plan and was commissioned by the Housing Corporation in 2007 to author A Guide to Developing a Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan. Both of these can be downloaded from the publications page on the Sustainable Homes website.

Consultancy services include assisting to develop an organisation's strategy - from initial scoping of issues through to report publication and dissemination.
