Clarion Housing Group: Further reading
This winter, Clarion Housing Group is launching a total of 261 new shared ownership homes in Colliers Wood, Southall and Havering - enabling hundreds of Londoners who may not be able to afford to buy a property outright, the opportunity to get on the housing ladder.
In Colliers Wood, 63 new homes have been released. The development offers a studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Prices start at £97,500 for a 30% of a studio.
Clarion is launching 118 new one- and two-bedroom apartments in Southall. Guide prices start at £96,250 for a 35% share of a studio and £126,000 for a 35% share of a one-bedroom apartment.
Clarion is also making 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments available in Havering. Prices start from £94,500 for a 35% share of a one-bedroom apartment.
