VIVID has been awarded Housing Association of the Year at the national WhatHouse? Awards.
Judges recognised the organisation for its performance in providing a wide range of customer support services, helping to make a real difference to peoples' lives.
VIVID was also praised for providing quality affordable homes to meet local housing needs. This included being appointed as a Homes England Strategic Partner securing £88.2 million investment, achieving top regulatory ratings, acquiring private developer Bargate Homes to increase development scale and creating a range of innovative partnerships and joint ventures to increase opportunities for customers.

Network Homes: Further reading
Network Homes has won the "Excellence in Public Service HR" award at the Personnel Today Awards.
Its Executive Director of People and Culture, Fiona Deal, was also a winner by collecting the "HR Director of the Year" award.
Judges said Network Homes' approach was a "compelling blend of passion, energy, innovation and down-to-earth practicality".
The HR awards follow Network Homes' three bronze awards at the What House? Awards a few days earlier for its development projects:
2019 has been a bumper year for accolades at Network Homes with success at the UK Contact Centre Forum awards in October and wins at the National Housing Awards, the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards and HR Excellence Housing Heroes Awards.
Its Community Engagement Officer, Shauna Hutchinson, also won 24 Housing magazine's Young Leaders competition in September.
