Network Homes scooped the Gold Award at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) awards for the 'Best Contact Centre Workplace'.
Network also won the Bronze Award for 'Best Improvement Strategy 2019'.
Overall judges praised its Contact Centre for being 'authentic' and said the award was the "easiest decision".
The awards are the latest in a long list of accolades for Network Homes. In September its Community Engagement Officer, Shauna Hutchinson, won 24 Housing's 'Young Leaders' competition and it also scooped wins at the National Housing Awards, the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards and HR Excellence Housing Heroes Awards.
