Hyde is supporting young residents to reach their career goals through its Breaking Barriers Bursary.

The Breaking Barriers Bursary offers grants of up to £1,000 to Hyde residents aged between 16 and 24, helping them pay for things like transport, books and equipment and to cover exam fees.

The £20,000 bursary was set up earlier this year, with money raised by Hyde staff who ran the London Big half marathon in March and donations from some of Hyde's contractors.

Six young residents, all of whom live in Kennington and Brent, have received a grant to date.
