Salix Homes has started its annual customer satisfaction survey.

The survey of tenants and leaseholders consists of key questions that allow Salix Homes to find out what they think of the services provided and enable benchmarking against other housing providers.

TLF have been appointed to conduct the survey via telephone, with the interviewers introducing themselves as calling from TLF on behalf of Salix Homes.

Customers are being encouraged to take part, with emphasis placed on the importance of the resulting feedback. However, they are also advised of their option to opt out of the survey.

Customers with online accounts with Salix Homes will receive a link to the survey via email and they then have the option to complete the survey online.
