Clarion Housing Group: Further reading
Working alongside Ealing Council and contractors Lovell, Clarion Housing Group has delivered the first 71 social rented homes at its redevelopment at Sherwood Close, Ealing.
This milestone marks the end of the first phase of this major regeneration project, which is transforming a former 1970s estate into a thriving, green neighbourhood of high-quality new homes.
Sherwood Close will address a variety of local housing needs by delivering a mix of apartments, maisonettes and townhouses, ranging from one to four-bedrooms in size.
Work at the scheme got underway in 2016 following extensive consultation with residents and stakeholders.
When complete, the new development will include around 300 high-quality new homes, which will be a mix of affordable and private homes.
