Onward announces the launch of our new dedicated shared ownership and home sales division - Onward Living.
Onward Living has been set up to help with ambitious plans to build 1,600 affordable homes across the North West by 2023, with a particular focus on helping buyers get a foot on the property ladder through shared ownership.
To mark the launch, a special event was held at the site of Onward Living's debut development Clifton Gardens, which is due for completion this summer.
The £3.6 million affordable housing scheme in Liverpool will consist of 20 homes for shared ownership and four homes for affordable rent.
Prices for the first homes available at Clifton Gardens start at £95,000 (based on a 50% share).

Established in April 2018, Onward (formerly known as Symphony Housing Group) brought together five housing associations - Contour Homes, Liverpool Housing Trust, Hyndburn Homes, Peak Valley Housing Association and Ribble Valley Homes - under one group structure.
