Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA) has created a new specialist role to lead on business evolution, with the appointment of Cheryl Tracey as its new Head of Business Evolution.
This specialist role has been created to help shape and deliver new improved ways of working - so that the Association is better positioned to meet future demands and aspirations of both its tenants and stakeholders.
A particular focus for will be maximising use of its technologies, creating greater transparency and introducing more streamlined ways for interacting with the Association.
This is particularly important as MHA provide a range of housing services to a dispersed population across a large geographical area.
Cheryl Tracey is currently MHA's Head of Neighbourhoods and will take up her 18 month role in May 2019. She is a former CIH 'Rising Stars Cymru' award winner and member of the' CIH Future Leaders Group'.
