A new short film about the comforts of home, the quirks of family life and the bonds of community has been launched to champion social housing, its residents and efforts to tackle the housing crisis.
The G15 group has launched the film to help tackle misconceptions about housing associations, what they do and why they do it.
To help ensure that people, not politics, are at heart of the debate on the housing crisis, the film features only housing association residents - families, friends and individuals who all have a unique story about why home matters.
The film was first shown at the G15's Offer to London launch, where the group set out new pledges to the Capital's local authorities to help deliver more homes together.

Sovereign Housing Association: Article link
Residents in 228 homes across the south of England now have a new landlord.
Sovereign has taken over the ownership, management and maintenance of these properties from fellow housing association the Hyde Group.
The homes, which are in Basingstoke and Deane, the Isle of Wight, the New Forest and Salisbury, are a mixture of flats and houses.
Sovereign owns and manages 57,000 homes across the south and south west, and has plans to continue to grow through new development and buying homes from other housing associations.
Simon Vevers, Strategic Assets Director at the Hyde Group said: "We are delighted to have completed this transfer with Sovereign. This marks the completion of a three year stock rationalisation programme."

Housing associations Bromford and Severn Vale have completed their merger, creating a new 44,000 home landlord.
The expanded organisation, which will retain the Bromford name, now provides homes to over 100,000 customers, employs 1,800 staff and has a turnover of £270 million.
Over the next decade, it will be delivering one of the largest housing association-led housebuilding programmes, with a planned net investment of more than £1.5 billion in 14,000 new homes in the Midlands and south west.
The merger follows on from Bromford and Merlin joining forces 6 months ago.
