WM Housing Group (WM) has four registered subsidiaries - Whitefriars Housing Group, West Mercia Homes, Optima Community Association and Family Housing Association (Birmingham).

This regulatory judgement downgrades the previous published assessment of WM's governance.

The Regulator's assessment finds that WM continues to meet the requirements on governance set out in the Governance and Financial Viability standard.

However, following an In Depth Assessment the Regulator has concluded that WM needs to improve some aspects of its governance arrangements to support continued compliance.
