Sustainable Homes has announced the list of finalists for the SHIFT Awards 2017.
The SHIFT Awards are the only awards open to the housing sector that focus on sustainability, celebrating exceptional projects that have an impact on the environment, the welfare of residents and the bottom line of organisations.
All category winners will be announced on 30 November at the SHIFT Awards 2017 ceremony at Plaisterers' Hall, London, attended by over 250 leading sustainability and housing professionals and key decision makers.
A huge variety of projects were showcased across 11 categories, including newcomers "Best small retrofit project" and "Best climate resilience project".
This year also introduced a special category to recognise the 'most improved ever' SHIFT landlord.
