Kirona: Article link
Sanctuary Housing has replaced its housing management system with SAP and Kirona's field service product suite to help better manage back-office processes
Sanctuary Housing has successfully completed a full SAP rollout, with the aim of transforming it's service, moving away from traditional social housing management software.
As part of this project, the social landlord is now using Kirona's Job Manager and Dynamic Resource Scheduling software, which has been configured and integrated to work alongside SAP.
Sanctuary Housing is using SAP for a number of back office functions including finance, procurement, HR and payroll, as well as enabling front line staff to communicate with tenants and manage maintenance requests.
Since switching to SAP, Kirona has worked with the housing group to upgrade its solutions to the mobile working application Job Manager and Dynamic Resource Scheduling software.
