From London's burgeoning Private Rented Sector to the Mayor's Affordable Homes Programme, the Capital's rental market has grown exponentially in recent years. But what does this mean for the future of London's neighbourhoods and communities?

The second of NLA's bi-annual housing conferences will bring together the Deputy Mayor for Housing and Residential Development, James Murray, with the Capital's leading housing experts for a discussion on current policy and a look at the major projects currently underway.

This conference is a part of NLA's year-long Housing programme, covering key issues such as affordable housing, public sector land, the private rented sector and off-site manufacture.

Event date: 19th September 2017. Venue: London.
