Carol Bode, Chair of Radian Group has announced that Lindsay Todd will be stepping down as Chief Executive of Radian Group as of 31st August 2017.
She said: "The Board is thankful to Lindsay for his 17 years of service and leadership; he has steered the organisation through a period of immense growth and change, including a successful three-way merger, creating an organisation six times larger than when he joined".
Carol Bode further said: "The Board has been interviewing potential candidates and can now confirm Mick Sweeney as interim CEO. Mick will be joining Radian in August for a period of approximately 9 to 12 months."
