The regulator carried out a consultation on an amendment to the Tenant Involvement and Empowerment Standard arising from the changes introduced by the Housing and Planning Act 2016.
This document sets out the decision of the regulator to revise the wording of Section 2.2.3 of the TIE Standard.
This decision comes into force on 14 July 2017.
