Vivid Homes, which recently formed from the merger of First Wessex with Sentinel Housing Association, is working with the Highwood Group on the first affordable and private ownership homes to be built on North Stoneham Park in Eastleigh.
The site, which has now received secured detailed planning for the first 560 dwellings, is part of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan for a residential, mixed-use development.
The new homes will be built on 120 acres of land set on the outskirts of Eastleigh,
Plans to develop this beacon new community of mixed tenure homes have been backed by Eastleigh and Test Valley Borough Councils, who share the administrative boundary on which the land sits.
