Knightstone and the Devon and Cornwall housing association, DCH, announced that they are now in talks to create a new organisation.
The proposed new group would become the South West's largest housing association, with 35,000 properties providing homes for over 70,000 people.
The new organisation would have the capacity to develop over 15,000 new homes over the next ten years, making it one of the largest house builders in our region.
It would build homes across all tenures, with a focus on delivering homes for low market rent and low cost home ownership for people in housing need.
