Kingdom Housing Association is to launch a Construction Academy to create work opportunities for young people and help address the growing skills shortage in the construction industry.
As part of its affordable house-building programme Kingdom has already partnered with its main contractors to support 22 apprenticeships and has helped to create a further nine work placement opportunities.
Now the Association is to work with its contractors to build on that success.
