Following publication of the Government's White Paper Fixing our broken housing market, this seminar will be a timely opportunity to consider its implications on planning, affordable rent and increasing the supply of new homes.

Delegates will consider the potential impact of the £3 billion fund to provide loans to small housebuilders, as well as prioritising the building of new homes where they are needed most and proposals for councils to develop local plans.

Further sessions focus on planning reform - with the Neighbourhood Planning Bill currently progressing through Parliament - the impact of Brexit on the market, and key issues for social housing.
