In what is seen as a first for the sector, Flagship Group is launching its pioneering 'Bright Futures Programme' to attract more young people into a career in housing.

The innovative degree sponsored management training programme brings together the best of higher and vocational education.

The four-year "earn while you learn" course is for 18 year olds and above who will enrol on a Certificate in Higher Education (one year) leading onto a three-year degree. A permanent job with Flagship is guaranteed when students finish.

Four positions will be available from May 2017 with candidates working across all service areas such as asset management, development, housing and research, from day one.
