Westminster Health Forum: Article link

Following NHS England and Public Health England's announcement of ten demonstrator sites for 'Healthy New Towns', this seminar will be a timely opportunity to assess the progress made in integrating health with housing across England, in line with commitments to develop new care models in NHS England's Business Plan 2016/17.

Delegates will also consider the impact of joining up design of the built environment with healthcare services; priorities for collaboration between the health and housing workforces; developing the use of technologies to support homecare - with opportunities for tackling isolation and improving care for older people; as well as key issues for patient and public involvement.

Date: 16th March 2017. Venue: London
