Posted 03.11.16

CSI Awards UK, which celebrates and recognises the work carried out by tenants and residents across the country, held their third annual awards at Gorton Monastery, Manchester.

Linda Levin, Co-founder of CSI Awards UK, said:

"Each year through this event, we meet some of the committed volunteers who are making a tangible difference to their landlords' services and strategies, and most importantly they are making a difference for other tenants and residents.

"We appreciate that there is a significant amount of truly effective tenant involvement going on across the UK; however, we are delighted that we can help to recognise and celebrate some of the great work that tenants and residents are doing."

This year, CSI Awards UK introduced a lifetime achievement award, which was presented to Carole Burchett, Chair of Soha Housing's Scrutiny Panel.

Ongo Homes' Scrutiny Panel won the Most inspiring Scrutiny Pane - Housing Association, whilst the ALMO/Local Authority winner of this award was Stockport Homes' Customer Scrutiny Panel.
