Flagship Housing Group: Report link
Ground-breaking research into affordable housing has revealed that 6% of Flagship Housing Group's tenants have rent that isn't affordable and a third (32%) are at risk of not being able to afford their rent.
Flagship worked in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University's Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research (CRESR) to commission the research which looked into the financial position of Flagship's tenants and the affordability of its housing products.

The the UK Housing Review is the annual publication that charts in detail the changes in the housing market, government housing policy and investment, social housing, help with housing costs and a host of other topics.
Since 1999 the Review has been published by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), and next year will see publication of the 25th edition.
In 2017 the UK Housing Review celebrates its 25th edition. The CIH has launched a new website which puts an unparalleled depth of housing data spanning decades at the touch of a button.
