Fiona MacGregor has been appointed the Homes and Communities Agency's Executive Director of Regulation.
She has worked at the HCA since it launched in 2008, before which she was Deputy Director of Investment at the Housing Corporation, and Head of Development at London and Quadrant Housing Association.
The Director leads a team of around 130 staff responsible for the regulation of social housing providers as directed by the Homes and Communities Agency's regulation committee.
