Many landlords have found that improving their environmental performance has led to reduced running costs and improved efficiency - Benchmarking and sharing best practice, through SHIFT, the sustainability standard for the sector, is demonstrably driving these changes.

New research has revealed that significant heat loss occurs through party walls. This measure is now one of the most cost effective measure funded through the Energy Company Obligation funding. Over five million properties are impacted.

Delegates to this event will hear how Forviva Housing Group are improving their party walls and the impact on energy bills.

They will also hear from SHIFT landlords about their experiences, learn more about SHIFT and the accreditation process, as well as finding our more about a new area of funding from ECO - party wall insulation.

Housing Management Conference
