Scottish Home Awards Winners Announced

The winners of the 8th annual Scottish Home Awards were announced at a special event. The awards recognise excellence in design, marketing and customer care across the house building industry.
The category winners were:
- Large Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Housing Associations) - Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association: Anderston Phase 3, Glasgow.
- Small Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Housing Associations) - Places for People, Roman Fields: Twechar, East Dunbartonshire

- Architectural Excellence Award - McInnes Gardner Architects: Helensburgh House, Glasgow
- Apartment Development of the Year - Westpoint Homes: West Mill, Colinton Village, Edinburgh
- Renovation of the Year (multiple dwellings) - Whiteburn Parkview: Parkview, Dundee
- Renovation of the Year (single dwelling) - Lorn Macneal Architects: Woodhall House, Edinburgh
- Large Housing Development of the Year - Stewart Milne: Lairds Gate, Stewarton
- Small Housing Development of the Year- S1 Developments: Malta Terrace, Edinburgh
- House of the Year - Springfield Properties: The Huntly, Perthshire
- Customer Service Excellence Award - Springfield Properties
- Affordable Housing Innovation of the Year - Dunedin Canmore: Little Road, Phase 1, Edinburgh
- Senior Living Development of the Year - Bield Housing & Care: St Andrews View, Glasgow
- Starter Home of the Year - Westpoint Homes: Abbey Place, Paisley
Sustainable Development of the Year - Glasgow Housing Association and Lowther Homes: Croftfoot Road, Glasgow
