Bidding closes on 30 May for the first round of a package of complementary support (planning, brokerage, capacity and infrastructure funding) to assist delivery of large scale developments.
The Large Sites Infrastructure Programme will provide a package of support to bring forward large scale housing development.
As part of Autumn Statement 2013, the Chancellor announced that a package of support would be made available to accelerate and unlock the development of large housing sites, and the prospectus formally inviting expressions of interest to this package of support is now available.
