Bill Banks Takes the Helm at Kingdom HA
Kingdom Housing Association has appointed Bill Banks as its new Chief Executive, as a successor to Alan McGuckin who retired from the post last year.
Bill Banks has worked for the Association for 27 years and has played a key role in developing partnerships and in Kingdom's development of over 4,500 homes.
He was appointed Depute Chief Executive in 2008 and has acted as Interim Chief Executive since Alan McGuckin's retirement.

HCA Announces Appointment of Two New Director
Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has appointed Fiona MacGregor as Director of Programmes, while Naz Parkar is its new Director for the North East, Yorkshire and The Humber.
Naz Parkar is currently a Head of Area at the HCA, covering the Agency's Leeds City region and North Yorkshire, and has been acting operating area director since January.
Fiona MacGregor is currently Head of Affordable Housing at the HCA. Prior to this she performed a similar role at the Housing Corporation.
Both will take up their new posts on 1 June.

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) has announced that its Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Operations Jeff James is to leave the organisation to take up the role of Chief Executive at The National Archives.
CIH Chief Executive Grainia Long said:
"Jeff joined CIH from The National Archives last summer and has been instrumental in overseeing important organisational changes. He has done a fantastic job, and while I'm very sorry to see him move on, I understand that a return to The National Archives as Chief Executive is a terrific opportunity.
"Following an internal exercise, Gavin Smart will be appointed as Deputy Chief Executive later this year, along with his existing duties. Gavin has been at CIH as Director of Policy and Practice for more than two years now and has consistently impressed with his knowledge, insight and expertise."
Gavin Smart will take up his new role in July when Jeff James leaves.
