New Year's Honours in the Housing Sector

New Year's Honours recipients included:

Terry Adkin, Chairman of the Citywide Board, receives a BEM for services to tenants in West Pottergate and the residents of Awsworth.
Jane Rachel Ashcroft, Chief executive of Anchor Trust receives a CBE for services to older people.
Norma Doreen Maud Brown, a fundraiser for the Police Pensioners' Housing Association, is awarded a BEM for charitable services to police pensioners and their families.
Anthony Crook, Researcher and Vice-Chairman of the Orbit Housing Group and Chairman of Shelter, receives a CBE for services to housing and charitable governance.
Richard Crossley receives an OBE for services to neighbourhoods and social housing tenants.
Barry Duckett, Chairman of the Canada Estate Tenants and Residents Assocation receives a BEM for services to the community in the London Borough of Southwark.
Jonathan Fitzmaurice, Director of Self-Help Housing, receives an OBE for services to housing.
Aideen Jones, Chief Executive of Southdown Housing Association, receives an OBE for services to people with intellectual disabilities.
David Mark, Chairman of Westway Housing Association, receives an MBE for services to the community.
Andrew Osborne, Chairman of the Faversham Municipal Charities, in Kent receives a BEM for services to almshouse sheltered accommodation.
Nanette Josephine Reid receives a BEM for her voluntary service to social housing in Scotland.
