Deal Extends Life of Almo by Another 15 Years

Council houses in Wolverhampton will continue to be managed by the arm's length management organisation Wolverhampton Homes, with a deal agreed to extend our the ALMO for a further fifteen years.

Wolverhampton Homes began managing more than 23,000 homes in the City on behalf of the Council in 2005 - the new deal will see that agreement extended to 2027.

Since 2005, together with the support of the Council, the ALMO has invested £250 million into bringing more than 18,000 homes in Wolverhampton up to a decent standard.
