Revised Tenant and Service User Satisfaction Indicators for Scotland Published

Posted 11.03.13

The Scottish Housing Regulator has published revised technical guidance on the tenant and service user satisfaction indicators that it will use to monitor and assess landlords' achievement of the standards and outcomes in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.

This follows extensive consultation with tenants and other people who use social landlords' services, landlords, and other interested groups. The revisions clarify the format and options for responses to the indicators.

Alongside the technical guidance The Scottish Housing Regulator has also published 'Conducting a comprehensive satisfaction survey - a guide' which it commissioned from survey experts Ipsos MORI to help landlords in designing and conducting surveys of tenants and other service users.
